This is for the person that tosses and turns before finally catching some zzzzz's. It is designed to remove that ridiculous monologue (or conversation if there is more than one of you up in that head).
Why? Because some people can fall asleep in any position, at any time. And then there are the rest of us - the people that are too busy overthinking the day (or some random conversation from 2 years ago). This isn't just for those with a brain that spins out a bit. Anyone can benefit from the stress-relieving activities and relaxation techniques that this activity book contains.
You will find a variety of relaxing puzzles, journaling prompts, relaxation techniques, breathing and stress relieving exercises, info on the benefits of sleep, some thought prompts to lull you to sleep, and more.
It is written with solid information but in a casual style. A bit funny and irreverent but not foul.
